At Nature Nurtures, we take great care in producing and packing every product. Because our oils and nut butters are food products, we want to ensure they arrive fresh and safe for consumption.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with the carrier and make it right.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, or any parcel locker where the carrier may have placed the package.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
