Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Seattle, Washington.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery progress.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking around the delivery area, with neighbors, or with your building's front desk or parcel locker. In some cases carriers leave packages in a safe location near the delivery address.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the delivery.
