Brazil nut oil has always been considered one of the most naturally rich and smooth nut oils. When pressed slowly and without heat, it becomes buttery, round, and deeply comforting in food. This is the kind of oil that makes simple meals feel more complete.
Brazil nuts are naturally known for their selenium content and balanced fatty acid profile, especially oleic and linoleic acids. When the oil is pressed slowly and without heat, it keeps this natural structure, giving the oil its smooth texture and calm, rounded taste.
This oil is made from raw Brazil nuts sourced from certified organic, non GMO, kosher farms. Pressed only once and never refined, it remains raw, unrefined, food grade, and single ingredient, with nothing added and nothing removed.
Most industrial producers use metal expellers, aggressive grinding, and high heat to speed up production and increase yield. Some also use chemical extraction. These methods can damage the oil’s natural structure and taste.
At Nature Nurtures, we do not use extraction. We press. Brazil nuts are slowly pressed inside our Caprolon PRESS using a non metal, non wood process, keeping temperatures under 28 to 30°C so the oil remains pure and stable. The oil is bottled in glass, never plastic.
Every bottle begins in Seattle, USA, where the nuts are slowly pressed in small batches. The oil is pressed only once and handled carefully from nut to bottle.
Brazil nut oil is beautiful in warm food, drizzled over roasted vegetables, mixed into grain bowls, added to salads, or simply used where you want a soft, nutty, buttery taste.
Brazil nut oil is still rare in most kitchens, which makes it a unique and thoughtful gift. Smooth, golden, and slowly pressed, it is something people remember after the first taste.
Free from preservatives, artificial flavors, additives, and trans fats, and made without solvents, deodorization, or high heat processing, this oil stays close to what the nut naturally gives.
We believe oil should be made with patience. Nuts, pressure, time, and care. Nothing more.
At Nature Nurtures, we press slowly, in small batches, and handle every bottle as if it were made for our own table. That is the philosophy behind everything we make.
